Cialis contains tadalafil. A clinician may discuss an as-needed or a lower-dose daily regimen, depending on your needs and suitability. Do not turn an as-needed prescription into daily use yourself.

Tadalafil may remain effective for up to 36 hours, but sexual stimulation is still needed. This is not a promise of an erection for that period. An erection lasting four hours needs immediate medical care.
