A confidential, individual treatment discussion with an English-speaking doctor.Occasional erection difficulty can happen. Persistent or recurrent changes deserve assessment. A consultation creates space to discuss timing, general health, stress, relationships and medicines without assuming one cause.
Erection problems may relate to physical health, medicines or psychological factors. The right next step depends on that context.

Discuss your history, medicines and the evidence needed to make a safe plan.
Receive advice, any onward-care recommendation and an e-prescription only if appropriate.
Use a participating pharmacy and follow the agreed review plan. Medicine cost is separate.
Choose a quiet, private place for the appointment, whether you live in Málaga or are staying in holiday accommodation. If an examination is needed, tell the clinician whether you are in the city centre, Teatinos or the eastern neighbourhoods so the onward-care advice reflects where you are. The online service does not imply a physical clinic in each neighbourhood.
Appointments are provided remotely. Our physical clinic is in Nerja; this page does not claim a Málaga city branch. Local examination or tests may be recommended when needed.

Sometimes. Persistent symptoms can be associated with conditions such as diabetes or cardiovascular risk factors, so a proper review matters.
Not necessarily. The doctor may recommend an examination, blood pressure measurement, tests or specialist advice.
Yes. You can raise these privately; the clinician can discuss relevant support alongside physical-health assessment.
Bring the medicine name, dose and evidence of treatment. Stable use may suit a repeat review; new symptoms or side effects need fuller assessment.
If prescribed, an emailed prescription can be presented at a participating pharmacy. Supply and dispensing remain the pharmacist’s responsibility.
Use the official provincial duty-pharmacy finder. Choose Málaga and the appropriate district or municipality and date; it does not guarantee medicine stock.

ED medicines must not be combined with nitrates or riociguat. An erection lasting four hours needs immediate medical care. Call 112 for chest pain or collapse and tell the emergency team which medicine you took.
