Wegovy pharmacy price by dose
One FlexTouch pen contains four weekly doses. These PVP IVA figures were published by Novo Nordisk for presentations available in Spain from November 2025. They are a pricing guide, not a stock guarantee—confirm both price and availability with the pharmacy.
Important: the prescribed dose is chosen clinically. Never remain on, increase or change a dose simply because one presentation costs less.
When treatment becomes stable
The consultation does not necessarily remain a monthly cost
While the dose is being increased, the doctor normally reviews progress, side effects and tolerability more closely. Once you and the doctor have reached a suitable dose, side effects are controlled and treatment is stable, you may remain at that dose while continuing towards the agreed goal.
After clinical review, the doctor may issue two Wegovy prescriptions. In that situation, one €39 review supports two prescription periods: an effective consultation allocation of €19.50 per prescription period, rather than €39 every month.

The doctor reviews BMI, weight-related conditions, current medicines, contraindications, response and side effects. Prescribing is never automatic.
Purchase at a licensed pharmacy
If suitable, a private REMPe QR prescription is emailed. The pharmacy supplies the exact prescribed strength; the clinic does not sell or reserve the medicine.
Follow-up matched to treatment
Reviews are closer during changes and may be less frequent once the dose and treatment response are stable. The doctor decides the safe interval.

How much does a month of Wegovy cost?
The published PVP IVA ranges from €179.89 to €271.35 for a four-dose pen, depending on strength. Confirm the current figure with the pharmacy.
Will I need a consultation every month?
Not necessarily. During escalation, reviews are closer. Once stable, the doctor may issue two prescriptions after one review when clinically appropriate.
Does that make the consultation €19.50 per month?
Where one €39 review supports two prescription periods, the consultation allocation is €19.50 per prescription period. Medicine costs remain separate.
Can the clinic guarantee pharmacy stock?
No. Stock is controlled by individual pharmacies and can change.
Is the most expensive dose always the best?
No. The correct dose is the one the doctor considers effective, tolerated and safe for you.
Is Wegovy funded for weight loss in Spain?
The cited Spanish manufacturer letter states that Wegovy is not included in the National Health System pharmaceutical benefit.
Can I buy a cheaper pen online?
Do not use unverified sellers. Wegovy is prescription medicine and should be obtained from a licensed pharmacy.
