Which format should I choose?
Telephone suits problems that can be described clearly. Video is useful when the doctor needs to see a visible symptom.
How does Google Meet work?
The booking email includes the meeting link. Join from a quiet, well-lit place shortly before the appointment.
What if I cannot join the video?
The doctor calls the telephone number in your booking and can continue by telephone or WhatsApp when appropriate.
Can the doctor arrange tests?
The doctor can recommend local examination, laboratory tests or imaging and review the results in a further appointment.
Can I receive a prescription?
If clinically indicated, a REMPe QR e-prescription can be sent by email for use at pharmacies in Spain.
Can you prescribe antibiotics?
Only after medical assessment and only when the doctor considers an antibiotic clinically justified.
Is this emergency care?
No. Call 112 for life-threatening symptoms, severe breathing difficulty, major injury or loss of consciousness.
What should I prepare?
Your current medicines, allergies, relevant reports, temperature or other measurements, and clear photographs where useful.
Can tourists use the service?
Yes. The service is for visitors, residents and expatriates located in mainland Spain or the islands.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay only for the consultation selected.
Can I use the service anywhere in Spain?
Yes. Telephone and video appointments are available throughout mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands.
How quickly will I receive an e-prescription?
When prescribing is clinically appropriate, the REMPe QR prescription is normally emailed after the medical review.
What happens if I need a physical examination?
The doctor explains the safest local next step and can recommend clinic, laboratory, imaging or hospital assessment where necessary.
Can you review photographs or medical reports?
Yes. Clear photographs, previous results and relevant reports can support the consultation, although they do not replace every examination.
